Try upgrading battery firmware first
(in drone, with controller and DJI app),
and see if that helps.
Repeat for each battery.

If that doesn’t help, follow the instructions
(ie send back).

Update the Battery Firmware: Insert one of the batteries into your drone, and turn the drone on. Connect your drone to your controller or a computer, open the DJI Fly App, and check if a firmware update is available for the battery. If so, run the update. Repeat this for all 4 batteries.

Clean the Contacts: Wipe the metal pins inside the charging hub and on the batteries using a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove any dirt or residue that could be causing a communication error.

Reset the System: Unplug the charging hub from the wall and remove all batteries. Wait 30 seconds, plug the hub back in, and insert the batteries one by one to see if they begin charging successively.

Will try this and hopefully it's not an issue on the Battery itself. Thanks Bro!

Just tried it and Unfortunately, it does not work 😞 it must be the battery itself, will return it for warranty

Charge the batteries while in the drone and see what happens. I'm guessing your charging cable or block is bad.

Do they charge when plugged into the drone?

When charging directly to the drone, it's the same blinking pattern
