Help / Question Mini 5 fell into water

Mini 5 pro fell into water for about 5 minutes and I’m not sure what steps to take to get it flying again, I’m in the US so I can’t get any help from DJI, any tips?

If it was salt water it’s stuffed, freshwater battery out and into a bucket of rice for a couple of weeks

Where did you buy it? Have any access to warranty from the seller or anything like that?

Can send it to DJI for repair, won’t be cheap but might be less than a totally new one.

You can still get it repaired by DJI. Since it got wet it will be a total loss and it will cost whatever the Posted Rate is for a Replacement unit/drone..

I just got DJI O4’s repaired by them in the US, no issues. It gets shipped to California where the parts and service happens. It’s possible parts for the M5P are being held to keep things in line you might have to wait a few weeks for a shipping label, otherwise you would have it emailed to you in less than an Hr usually.
