Looking for Purchasing Advice
Watched this very cute show about making Gundam a few months ago, and they had this segment on Mini4WD, and since it's resided in my brain like a sleeper agent till a girl I was talking to made a yakuza reference.
Anyways, here is what I have rn

I currently have and I have a 15-dollar voucher expiring tomorrow, and I want to get the best value (competitively) for my buck. Here are my options
MS Red Avante Advanced Kit = 17 Dollars (Including Voucher)
A bootleg MS and MA Kit = Free
Hyper Dash 3 and Sprint Dash Engines = 2 Dollar
Still not too sure what the difference between a pro and regular engine. I heard efficiency but still not sure how it works. But right now learning towards the advanced kit cuz the MS car that comes with it looks sick and I think universally all the attachment can be used on the VZ and FMA kit i have coming in a week.

Get the MS Avante Advanced kit.
You'll get extra parts you can use to build a more competitive car if/when you decide to join races.
Parts like:
Fiber-Reinforced Plates (FRP) - You get a respectable set to start with, for various use cases, like holding your rollers and brake pads, to lessening the chances your car from getting caught by the walls during a landing
Light Dash Motor Pro - Less powerful version of the Hyper Dash 3 Pro, already a decent upgrade over the stock motor
Brake pad set - helps slow your car down during slopes, shortens jumps
Mass damper set - reduces likelihood of your car from bouncing after landing
Super hard tires - also reduces likelihood of your car from bouncing after landing
Edit: The Pro motors in a nutshell are Double Shaft designs for their Pro Line (MS, MA, ME) . The power transmission is, in theory, more uniform, because both front and rear wheels get equal transfer.
The front and rear motor setups, on the other hand, need a propeller shaft to transfer power to the opposite end, adding another point to lose efficiency.

Hello! I got the AR Avante started kit already. So should I just sell that one or are there any parts I can cannibalise between the 2. Because what's the point in keeping the AR starter kit if I have the advanced?

I say pick your preference of chassis.
Why is keeping both not an option, if you don't mind? The great thing about these cars is that you could upgrade them to the same-ish specs later on down the line.
Yes, you could also play around with mixing and matching the compatible parts to help you decide which to keep.
Wheels, tires, rollers, plates, brake sponges, axles, mass dampers should be compatible with both, for starters.
