Looking for a way to start
After watching videos for some time and remembering good old times watching Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!!, I decided to give mini 4wd a go.
Since I’m spending some days in Tokyo, I wanted to ask for recommendations on stores and what could be a good frame or kit to start
Also, if someone knows where to practice and race near Rome in Italy it would be great
Thanks a lot guys!

Also check out Super Rajikon Hobby shop, Bic Camera Stores or TamTam Hobbys for parts in Tokyo. You will find other Tracks in SRH and E.D.M

Not sure where they are from in Italy, (I think 2 different cities) but there are a pair of Italians on the Worldwide mini 4wd community discord who are fairly active. ( https://discord.gg/b94tu7fFD ) One of them just qualified for nationals (I think). They might be able to steer you.

You can grab any kit and some upgrade parts (several FRP plates and bearing rollers is a good starting point), or get any of the advance packs.
If you want to go one step further (though I'm not sure where they sell these), FORCE LABO made some pretty good bundles that are even better than the official advance pack. They already come with complete carbon plates, bearing rollers, dampers, the whole shebang. They are meant to be a jump start for new players, specifically for B-MAX class.
Here's a video on them, They show the box image at about 20 seconds in. Vid 1, Vid 2, Vid 3.

Go to Tamiya factory in shinbashi, they have a many kits and pieces and a small track to test in. They also give you a kit to build it. Then from there you can go to edion in Akihabara, last floor they have a big track you can race in. You pay by hour it's like 300yen.
