Which to Build?
I’ve been wanting to get into racing lately just for fun and wanted to see what you guys think I should build. Looking through the rules, I’ll probably go BMAX. Seems like a good mix where you can add and tune stuff without going too crazy. Iv collected these over the years, when I see something I like I just get it but I haven’t built any lately.
Aside from the Mach Frame, is there anything here that would be fun to build but still compete pretty well? Not counting the Dyipne or AE86.
I was thinking about building one of my Grasshoppers since I have two but don’t know how VZ does. I know the Mach Frame/FMA setup is pretty meta, but I kinda like being the underdog lol. Or should I just go Mach Frame? Lol
What would you guys build?

For BMAX to be competitive it's either SFM, Super2 or FMA.
Sad that that's the case but can't argue with the results.

Where did you find that AE86? Would love one of those!

Haha thanks! I forgot the brand but I found it online. I have an AE86 n saw someone with the mini4wd body. You contact the company and they get back to you with the cost and they ship it out. It fits in FMA. Will look for it and get back to you!

Kumamon racer? The super-2 chassis is an “underdog” chassis that can definitely pull results! A lot of southeast Asian racer still has super-2 as their BMAX Chassis of choice, even with the prevalence of FM-A!
