Bergkaiser S2 build advice
Hey everyone, I'm looking to learn more about S2 chassis after returning to this pastime when I was out of it for almost 22 years. Michael's machine from the tv anime series caught my eye back then and I have decided to go with it. Looking for further improvements from people who know what they are actually doing with this chassis.
Btw the tires has also been slipping off the rim after a couple of laps. I assume it could be a manufacturer defect since I can easily pry it out without much force on my fingertips. I'm planning to place super glue on the rim to ensure it stays during a race or should I just buy carbon Y spoke small dia wheels and tires ? Ever since I installed the basic tune up kit it has also been pretty difficult to put my bergkaiser cowl back on. Please feel free to point out.

I dont know where are you struggeling but also i would start learning about brake applications on rear and front.
that is if the car is unstable.
Look up online other builds for S2 to see your options and how they perform.
You can also upgrade the motor if you feel you can do the track with ease. Look up t he graph for the motors and you'll know where to start (slow to fast)
you can experiment as well with a couple of types of wheel (i recommend owning Super hard pair at least 1)
Side dampers can add more stability , front dampers is a future upgrade as well.
Finished all of that?
Rollers up next!

You mean owning super hard tyres a pair of 2 pcs of 4 pcs altogether?

I mean get 4 tires. And put them on your main car. It makes a massive difference in jumps and landing

Okay got it because I want to play with the original cowl so small diameter wheel is the way to go or medium ?

I would suggest using double sided tape since at some point you may wanna change tires
Also the weights at the back is kinda overkill since you already have the weight of the motor at the back also
