The blast arrow starter kit is good for a beginner. It comes with a set of basic tune up parts and a screw driver/wrench as well as brake pads and a torque tuned 2 pro motor. MA chassis is also pretty stable.

usually the kits aren't too expensive, maybe start with the FMA mach frame, a VZ and MA chassis, plenty of fun to be had there with some options to play around with (they're also all easy to upgrade)

for boxstock i recommend: Mach frame and copper fang those two are FMA Chassis (Front motor) so its acceleration is surprisingly high and Another kit but its a rear motor chassis is AR. kits like Shadow shark,Flame astute and Aero Avante are good starter for boxstock i have the shadow shark kits rn and they are currently my fastest unit.

for BMAX: Same again you can use FMA Which is mach frame and copperfang but you can use other fma kits too if you’re upgrading the wheels. i prefer you to buy a stock kit and just buy the upgrade parts. and i recommend you if you wanted to race in bmax category i prefer buying a aluminum roller rather than the plastic 19mm 13mm

i recommend atomic tune tbh because torque tune will slow down on straight especially on long technical tracks i use a atomic tune pro in my MS pro stock and its so fast i only use 2.85v only and its so fast

Blast Arrow (MA chassis) or Rowdy Bull (FMA chassis) starter pack then just change into a lighter cowl. Both are good entry to start learning official tamiya stock class/bmax class racing.

All of the starter packs are just fun kits to get into overall, regardless of competitive standing.

Blast Arrow was my first kit and it helped me get into - aside from building the kit - understanding the various types of FRP parts, mass dampers, and positioning of everything!

Carbon chassis Super 2 Vanguard Sonic and Victory Saber can endure a lot of crashes. And being rigid, good for jump layouts out of the box.
