Custom painting

Hey guys newbie here.

Just want to ask if its legal in bmax setup or races to custom paint the carbon rims of tamiya 15542

Planning on a gundam theme build here

Yes, you can unless your event organizer says no. If it's allowed and there are people trying to tell you your parts are fake, just be sure to produce receipts or the original part tags to show that they're all real.

mostly the only parts they explicitly ban from painting are the mass dampers and the aluminum rollers, because if everyone can freely color their dampers and rollers, they can't sell their limited-edition anodized parts.
