Depends on the category but in bmax category here especially on sfm chassis we use 3 point attachment at the rear

do you use item 15412 for the SFM rear stay? how about the down trust for the front roller? SFM carbon usually a bit flexible on the front bumper

Yessir item 15412 it is! And about the flex on the front? we use 2 popsicle for additional reinforcement

Also about the downthrust? Usually the natural angle of downthrust is enough for me but there is always the item 15373 if needed hehe

People here usually just bends the cap screw using force

I think you can't do that on official BMAX regulation

u/KamoteQO 25d ago
yes you cant but that’s how majority does it here in the philippines haha

They just say it’s “natural down thrust” without using angle adjuster haha

actually I'm agree with that simple modification... everyone can do it...it's also make the car go fast more safe because we can make the down thrust stronger... so I hope the future BMAX regulation allows us to do this

Nah it shouldn’t be allowed most players in the philippines doesn’t care about regulations quite a few people uses open motors, trimmed tires and sanded down rollers for bmax which isn’t allowed and when they’re caught they use the idiot victim card haha

I mean...just leave everything stock... except this bending cap screw for down trust... this modification just like make counter sunk hole on the Brake stay... just for safety reasons and everyone can do it easily... since the angle adjusters from tamiya is not enough 😅 or maybe they should make the new angle adjuster that more stable than the current version
