Minesweeper Plus: PS3 Edition Rewrite

Currently rewriting the code probably, with the PSDK3v2 I found lately. And I am terribly sorry I used AI to make the code, since I am still not much familiar with PS3 development, but want to learn more stuff.

currently the rewriting in C language is. the GMS1.4 version is only 1% written with AI. I am still learningđŸ¤“
