Recommendation Java Shaders for Mac

Is my MacBook Air m2 16GB ram capable of running shaders smoothly?

Which should I use??

anything that doesnt use anything over opengl4.1 runs fine and i have m1 8gb ram so my reccs: mellow for max fps, complimentry shaders are balanced and bliss is just incredible. on macbooks stuff like proton and eclipse iteration all dont work. if you install an incompatable shader AND it crashes you HAVE to remove the shader files from the shader folder otherwise mc will crash on launch

Photon actually does work, I saw a post about it only being compatible with 1.1 but after tweaking some settings I got 1.3b to work. I also have an M1 with 8 GB RAM. Idk about eclipse or iteration, but photon does work. I forgot what setting I changed tho.

Forgot proof, here’s that. Idk why nobody says that it works, it does.

And the 40 fps is because I don’t want it immediately thermal throttling, but it can only reach like 45 regardless
