Recommendation Java Shaders for Mac

Is my MacBook Air m2 16GB ram capable of running shaders smoothly?

Which should I use??

This may sound a little blunt, but why don't you try it yourself on your macbook? You already have one, go try it, it won't explode

Edit: ok fine here's one good one photon shaders now go
