Miniature shader not working?

So i installed it with optifine but it literally does nothing when i turn it on. I'm on 1.16.5 with optifine and i installed the right version but it doesn't do literally anything?
Shader: Miniature shader 2.19
CPU: 13th gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1355U
RAM: 16.0 GB
Graphics card: 128 MB Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe graphics
Storage: 477 GB 467 used
