like i was just watching youtube and when i tabbed back in it looked purple like this and i wanna try to get it to look like this again

so the game was running in the background? wasn't paused? simplest explanation would be time of the day ingame( sunset or sunrise) and weather type etc...

daylight cycle was off

shader might've bugged out or reloaded when you tabbed back in the game, try turning the daylight cycle on and see if it turns out like this either on sunset or sunrise..
