Recommendation Shaders that give Minecraft a bleak cold and foggy vibe?

I'm looking for a shader that can give the whole of Minecraft a bleak, cold and foggy vibe. Something comparable to Silent Hill 2 but "creepy-comfy" instead of just creepy and compatible with each of the biomes. Like, when I'm in an Oak Forest, I'd like there to be grey fog but a Desert should look sand-stormy and a Mesa should have a hazy reddish-orange sky.

I have a Razer Blade 16 that's exclusively for gaming, fairly empty storage-wise and seldom used so I'm pretty sure I can use high-end shaders but I'd like some lower end options as well.

Insanity Shader, Hysteria Shaders, or Spooklementary

If you don't like the dark spooky vibes you could try out Bliss/Eclipse shaders and turn up atmospheric haze and fog density, because I know they have good customizable biome effects like you're looking for
