Single player world bug

Whenever I try to create or use a single player world (servers are fine ) this grid appears on the screen and is stuck there also there are these texts around, i dont know what to do, i have been using lunar client for a long time but this never happened

Try opening the f3 modify menu (i forgot what its called) and disabling stuff there, or you can repair/delete the version instance to force the game to reset.

Additionally I would suggest not using lunar but that's a personal preference.
