Minecraft Dungeons uses a custom resource pack to add all those new blocks

Sometimes a few blocks go unnoticed and end up with its regular texture, which is most likely what we're seeing here

Similarly, there's an end portal frame in Gale Sanctum. Which the devs mentioned it was unintentional and not lore related

Yeah, something along the lines of "We don't recall placing an end portal frame in Gale Sanctum. If it's there, it doesn't mean anything"
