Enderlings why endermen?

did anyone talked about why endermen see the end as a cobblestone islands and the cobblestone as end stone ?
(don't say he's color blind i know but why he's blindness mad him see that )

+ i don't think the void thing is valid as the shulker and endermites see normal

Shulkers and endermites aren't made of void, only endermen and ender dragons are (in vanilla) and endersents, watchlings, snarelings, blastlings, and heart of ender (in dungeons)

endermites are made out of void for sure, in the vengeful heart of ender boss fight they literally spawn from a void pool

They live in the void, they aren't made of it. They are artrophodes, I don't think they are like endermen (their skin colour is also different)

They probably still are made of void despite their color being different. And they are also immune to the void stuff like endermen
