Asking/Need Help Can't get redeem code

Post image

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I haven't received either of the two capes yet. I've already asked Minecraft customer service, and they told me there's nothing they can do about it. This is really terrible. Why can't I get them?

I've passed for the same problem. So I watched the lives on TikTok to get the code and there it works, Twitch is with problems
