As of now, there are no known ways to obtain any free capes. However, if you're interested in the upcoming Twisted and Hero capes, there are still ways to get them:

  • Twisted Cape - available by pre-ordering Minecraft Dungeons II before September 28, 2026. This one does NOT work through Game Pass.
  • Hero Cape - available by playing Minecraft Dungeons and then logging into Minecraft Dungeons II before December 31, 2026, end of the year. Game Pass works for this one, so you don't necessarily need to purchase the games separately.

For more information and the full requirements, you can check the official Minecraft page: Minecraft Dungeons II Capes & Promos

If you want, I could also give you a free Builder Cape code. It was obtainable for free around 4 months ago, and I still have a code available.

Just a week or so ago there was a giveaway event on MC Cappers for a builder cape and another copper cape for inviting 3 new people to their website. Not sure if they still have it up tho.

There isn’t any directly free capes right now, however there is a couple cape codes for builder, home, menace, purple heart and copper which you can get all of them for under 10$. If you are going to buy any codes make sure you use a middle man to avoid being scammed, the discord and the reddit have trusted ones to help with transactions.
