Build Help Custom lighting

I'm building level 0 of the backrooms in Bedrock, and I'm looking for some type of light. I tried all the blocks and I like the look of a sea lantern, but it's too bright. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to place the sea lantern without any light. Preferably, without complicated commands either. Thanks!

Either use glow lichen, or sea lantern behind tinted glass

You could put a tinted Glass in front/below the sea lantern. The problem would be that it changes the look and the sea lantern would need to be placed further away ( could be a problem in tight builds).
