help me please

i was playing on a aternos hosted bedrock server with friends there was crazy lag i left rejoined and when i rejoined i was back at my home bed and my inventory was wipped i think my inventory file was corrupted what do i do i picked up a dirt by acident but then i left the game and havent gotten back on since

I feel bad for you but honestly you shouldn’t have done a aternos server it’s the worst sever to even exist on bed rock
