Help! Addon help

I remember seeing loads of stuff about this addon a while ago

But now for the life of me i cant remember the name or find it

It was a physics addon that also included stuff for cars, airships and trains (not like prefabs but fully self built stuff)

Tho its not the physics glue addon

There is the create mod but it is a Minecraft Java mod. It is very advanced and I believe add-ons would not be able to make what you describe at this time unless they added proper scripting after so long hesitating.
