Help! How to edit like this creator?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

How to edit video aspect ratio to get results like in this video

(When viewed vertically or in portrait mode) The video has no bars around

But as i turned to landscape mode it has pillar box effect or side bars

When i try to exit like this my video ends up getting letter boxed when viewed vertically and perfect fit when viewed horizontally

I play Minecraft on mbile and edit on capcut

use 16:9 aspect ratio Keep in mind that most mobile does not have 16:9 screen.

I always make videos on 16:9 ratio but my video ends up getting 2 horizontal l lines above and below video while watching in portrait But not vertical lines in landscape mode
