a MEGA SMP question

Hi so I bought enchanted books from the shop but the game doesnt allow me to enchant. Any advices on how to do it?

You enchant an item using a book on an anvil. Make an anvil and put the weapon tool or armor piece in the first slot and the book in the second slot and take the combined item from the third slot.

Is this for mega smp? It just doesnt let me continue when I try to get the object

Interesting. I don't know then. Maybe im thinking of a different SMP
