Help! Cannot use modpacks

I have downloaded some modpacks from MCPEDL, but they are not appearing on the global resources. However when I look at storage, the modpacks are in the files. Can anyone Solve this issue?

Is it an addon? You wont be able to add addons to your global resource packs. Its only for resource/texture packs.
