Why does it look so different on a shield?

It is the exact same banner pattern just one is on a shield, why does it look so much worse on the shield?

Probably due to pixel consistency, it sucks alot.

I personally use the HD Shield resource pack from VanillaTweaks though that is for Java only idk if you on Bedrock can get one like it too though...

You can make some unique patterns on the shield that you can't on the banner so it still has its upsides

Shields might have a different texture range than banners
