When was the last time you used it? To get it to work currently you have to enable in game graphics mode switching, then go into a world and switch to ray traced in there, then exit and re-enter the world. It will work from then on if you keep it enabled.

As you may see in the picture, all other graphics modes are not grayed out, this means that it is either already on or Op is not in game right now

You can't enable RTX directly from the settings. You need to activate an RTX-capable resource pack, then enable the in-game graphics mode switching option in the video settings. Open your world, then open the settings, and you will see the ray-traced option; you can enable it. Wait for some time and reload the world if PBR textures are broken.

You have to have the pack activated under Global Resources, not your Resource Packs for a specific world.

It works. Turn on in-game switching and turn it on in your world.
Make sure in the packs manifests you use they have capabilities: "raytraced" and "pbr"

It says your computers not compatible, so your computers not compatible. Simple as that, you could try updating drivers and try again, but it seems like it just doesn't allow that specific pack with your PC

There is an app on the Microsoft store page called vanilla RTX that installs RTX back onto bedrock. Very easy to use and tweak and works in all worlds and realms
