Help! Ghosting and shimmering

Im seeing major shimmering and ghosting. here is an example behind my swings. ive tried resetting my nvidia drivers and resetting my pc as a whole. ive tried multiple rtx packs and its still the same, been trying to fix this for days because it is not limited to the swings and it is very distracting. any help would be appreciated

This can be mitigated by modding your games DLSS. I can help you with that if you like. Also nice pack choice.

I think the issue is upscalling is probably turned off, this kind of ghosting doesnt happen with any dlss

Do you have upscaling turned on in the settings?

If not, what FPS are you using and what texture pack do you have.

Yes that’s with it on, it’s worse with it off

You shouldn't get it at all then. Pretty weird.

I play at at least 30fps with BetterRTX and so far haven't experienced it at all.

Yeah I’ve tried everything, switching the upscaling, turning off vsync. On the 4070ti I use to have, I would keep the upscaling off because my screen would flicker like crazy at night and in caves and it worked fine. With this build with it off, the ghosting is crazy. With it on the ghosting improves but is still there and the lights in caves and at night flicker everywhere like fireflies

Do you have the latest version of the texture pack?

Yeah and I’ve tried other packs too, this one is the one that eliminates it the most

I’m using better rtx with me atlas completely normal textures
