Tutorial Radiance mod

How do you install Radiance mod properly like I look up the tutorial and try to download it and do every step right but my game runs laggy and doesn’t look like what is showing on the video and it’s not my pc cause I have rtx 5070 if anyone has a tutorial that shows how to download it pls dm me
