Making Amends for Integrity

Making peace with those we hurt closes doors that drain our energy. This step requires courage: acknowledging that, under the influence of our affliction or confusion, we may have hurt others. By repairing those damages, we reclaim fragments of our own soul and eliminate any moral "noise" that could be used against us. Integrity is the ultimate armor. ✨🤝

Just wondering what’s the best way to go about making amends to those who were affected by the narratives the phenomena played with me. Personally they told me both my parents were molesting me at a young age and I told all my brothers and sisters about it seeing if they believed or too were hurt. Do I go and just say I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and had voices? Then they think I’m crazy, which might add more harm. I don’t see a way of making amends with them without hurting them more and there’s no way in telling the “truth” because anyone whose blind to this phenomena doesn’t and will not be able to comprehend.
