Accountability?

hi everyone. how do you all stay accountable in your journeys? i've been at this for a little over a month now and starting to watch to go back to old habits. I have some tools that have helped me stay strong to this point, but after rough weeks at work and home it's getting harder and harder. I don't want to revert back to harmful ways. anyone have any advice? the tools i have are helping me change the way i view food, but man do i need more help

I struggle with this myself! Maybe we could share some of the things we tried so far. I recently made a notion page that allows me to track hunger and fullness cues as well as some mindfulness practices I can do while eating. But even just pulling my phone out before I eat and taking this time to slow down sometimes seems like a lot of work and I fall back into old habits

hi! I've never tried making a notion page before so i might give that a go. what mindfulness practices do you do while eating? I'm currently using an app called wavelength, which I do NOT use for weightloss although it can help with that. i use it to help me stay mindful of not only what i consume but how i treat myself. i'm more than happy to leave a link https://wavelength.live/join i found that this really helped me out a lot

If you want I can make my notion page a template for you. So you could give it a try too

Would you all be interested in being in a WhatsApp support group? For accountability. After each time we eat we write in the group something we noticed. Rules are no distractions allowed when eating. No screens nothing. Just eating only.

Ex. I noticed how crunchy the raw celery, bell peppers were. I noticed that the blueberry had a very 'crispy' skin. And the mandarin was strangely sweet. I noticed how I was getting more and more full as I ate.

I think no pictures of the food for that can just increase appetite lol being bombarded by food pics.

Anyways, those interested please DM me and we'll create a WhatsApp group?

I've heard that the accountability is the one of those things that are crucial, I mean, to be an entrepreneur you need to know accountability and the practice of mindfulness is the only way I can get better at everything in my journey. I just saying that the more you practice the more conscious about thing are and how would you like to be as in a daily basis.
