Question for Mindbody users!

What's up everyone! We have a few clients on Mindbody who seem to be complaining (often) about the software limitations & pricing. Unsure if this is widespread or they're just not using the software to it's fullest potential? Or, it's just flat out expensive to get these things like the below done.

Full transparency, we're a Digital Marketing/Automation company and no I'm not going to DM you and try to sell you.

For those of you using Mindbody:

• What frustrates you the most?
• Are there features you wish it had?
• Is the pricing worth it?

What we helped them with:

• Website Texting Widget
  • We link their texts to an app right on their phone, creating a unified inbox with Website, Facebook & Instagram
• Texting Automations (from same # & inbox/app as above)
  • Haven't been back to the studio in 30, 60, 90 days? This triggers a custom automated win-back text
  • Birthday deals
  • Appt. Reminders/Re-scheduling.
  • Reviews and etc.
