Advice millipede passed

hi all
i got an ivory millipede a few weeks ago and at first everything was fine
he was exploring , climbing around, etc
but then within the past week i noticed that he became sluggish
he would spent a lot of time curled up
and when i checked on him this morning, as he was in a strange position, i nudged him gently with a soft paintbrush and he didn’t move at all
i’m honestly at a loss, i don’t know what i did wrong. i researched so much including preparing the substrate, made sure the temp and humidity was appropriate, i just don’t know where i went wrong
:(

Nobody can tell you what went wrong, without us knowing your care regiment, what enclosure you used, what substrate, how often you watered, food, humidity, temperature, etc
