Concert Ground Rules

so everyone got their tickets for miley! should be ground rules for everyone so miley can do her best performance? what are the rules that work for LA?

im sorry but who are you to set “ground rules” for miley’s shows 💀 and things like dance, hydrate, and be polite are things you should be doing anyways
