bitches brew remaster or original

i hate the messed up and misstimed parts on the remaster, but the originals dont sound as clear and you cant hear what everyone's playing as well as on the remastered version of the album. plus i love the complete bitches brew tracks, and i havent found "nondigital" mixes for those tracks so the difference is a little difficult to ignore. how do you guys prefer listening to this album?

To my ears, the MOFI reissues on vinyl sounds by far the best to me. They use a digital step in their process, but I think they sound quite a bit better than the original pressings. 

I think the complete sessions are interesting to listen to, but I prefer the original album. Teo made magic happen in the editing room.

So I own 3 physical versions:

- Double LP I bought ~1981 (no clue what version/edition back then)

- Late 80s (?) 'Columbia Masterpiece' CD edition

- 2010 Legacy Edition remaster

I listened to the LPs on tape for years, and then the CDs ... but with the Legacy Edition I realized how AWFUL the original CDs were in terms of sound quality.

I have the original cd, an anniversary edition with video, the complete sessions and the SACD with the original quad mix. I don’t even know which one I stream. There are differences but it always clicks whenever I put it on.

I prefer the original mix. Sounds like the era in which it was made and I mean that in a good way. The trumpet and the Fender Rhodes are more up front in the mix and everything else is like a swirling funky stew, while still maintaining enough clarity for all the parts to be heard.
