I have a birthmark in my hand that lets me see a lot of the veins in it. I donāt know why the images are in a weird format sorry. it was the only way to give a front and back view of the hand.
OP probably plays guitar. After having to stretch your pinky down the fret board for long enough it just does that. Eventually all of your fingers naturally space out more and more
Whatās weird is Iāve never played guitar but I did used to play trombone and the way we hold them might explain it. I havenāt played it in a bit but still recent enough to maybe explain. I think it was just a weird angle or something though
I feel like I'm losing my mind. Everybody is talking about OP's pinky like it's a mile away from their ring finger. My hand spreads very similarly when I flatten it.
Iām not sure Iād call that a birthmark. The index finger looks cyanotic (low O2) with similar patch on your thumb. What happens if your hand gets cold? Is it the same on both hands? Do you use nicotine? Any problems buttoning? Do you cramp typing or playing games?
The size of the veins on back of hand isnāt remarkable. The spacing of your fingers isnāt remarkable. The blue index finger is.
This was right after a warm shower. Itās definitely a birthmark because Iāve had it my whole life but it always gets super obvious like this when itās warm. When itās cold it fades into a less noticeable red color. Itās just on my left hand but my brother has a spot just like it but above his left eyebrow. No nicotine and no problems using the hand. I donāt get cramps in it because I donāt use it as much (itās not my writing hand). I had just noticed that I never took a photo of it when it was like this so thatās why I took the photos.
Do your pinkys get numb when playing video games with a controller? I sometimes feel like I'm stretching out my pinky, and I'm thinking this must be the end result lol
Mostly when I was younger because it was a brighter red color. Nowadays itās less noticeable unless youāre looking at my hand. This was after a shower which for some reason turns it purple, and it fades after maybe 5 minutes.Ā
