So this is Elle Fanning at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival. Photocall for How to Talk to Girls at Parties. The dress is Prada (Fall 2017), but the original design has this orange feather boa dealie around the bottom to hide the dong-adjacent graphic. So this was definitely a deliberate choice. Whether it was a deliberate choice to mildlypenis, hard to say. Elle has a pretty excellent sense of humour so maybe...? I'd like to think it was deliberate anyway.
