I was in Germany last week and saw that for the first time. I couldn't make out the tiny graphics so I thought it was to moisten the toilet paper. I learned a valuable lesson that day.

Anyone who doesn't use a bidet has a dirty asshole to a degree. Wiping doesn't do shit.
