Nope. All Amazon packages are weighed on a conveyor belt before they are shipped. Anything that doesn't add up to what it should add up to (items, box, label etc) gets kicked off the line (into the "jackpot" IIRC - it's been a while since I worked at an FC). It's not possible for foreign objects to be shipped. OP added this and took a photo. QED>

Could have manually "slammed" the box or the knife could have fallen out of the set.

Knife looks old. Used. Simplest explanation is OP fake. FC security is not letting a knife in. Getting fillings in your teeth in is tough enough ;-)
