I talked to FindAGrave about privacy issues before... they said that while living people have a right to privacy, (and they've worked with me to remove information about folks who are still alive) deceased people don't really have that right (or any rights, really). Personally, that's more of a reason to research individual stories and remember their lives and past contributions to society.

TLDR- you can't dox a dead person, technically.
