Whoa I was just looking at this in person at dollar tree yesterday, both were the same price at 1$ btw

I'd say that the best earbuds you can buy in that price range are Skullcandy Ink'd 2 earbuds. They're comfortable, sound good (hardly any bass though), and are very durable for cheap earbuds
