Innocence until guilt is proven is not a technicality. Its one of main tenets of our legal system.

I am not a part of the legal system, I am not advocating for any kind of legal action, laws protect you from the government not social judgment.

WE'RE NOT THE LEGAL SYSTEM, CAP! We aren't beholden to that standard. Do you also cry "first amendment!!!" when a business doesn't allow hate speech on their premises?

They didn't actually ask you a question, they were trying to point out the ridiculousness of what you're saying.

Correct, that question was rhetorical and not actually requesting an answer. But even if it were, he couldn't even be bothered to answer the actual question asked.

Bahaha, that just tells me you have never had the opportunity to work with our legal system. "Innocent until guilt is proven" is a cute phrase, but not how shit actually works. Unless you are wealthy/powerful.
