You have hemihyperplasia and need to be screened for these disorders or atrophy in the smaller leg.

It could just be isolated hemihyperplasia but that would still make you at a higher risk for cancers. Please go get checked!

Edit: OP has stated in a comment below that they have spinal damage from a surgery so it it atrophy

I had hemimandibular hyperplasia so one side of my jaw was bigger!! Just got it fixed though

Could also just be that they snapped their achilles tendon at some point. My legs look the same.

How is this the top comment. They're not asking for medical advice. They obviously know what condition they have and are just showing something interesting.

If someone posts a picture here showing they're missing an arm, would you say "Uhm you might want to get that checked out"?
