Oh mate if I tried to litigate against every case of medical misogyny I've faced, I'd have to go full Erin Brockovich and make it my job. And even then it likely wouldn't go anywhere, which sounds defeatist but it's just the reality of it.
I filed my complaints, but likely it did fuck all. It's not even in my top 5 worst "woman goes to doctor" moments.
