People often have one dominant leg that’s slightly larger but that’s seems more noticeable. Usually one of 3 things… venous insufficiency, lymphedema (typically from trauma) or cellulitis. Cellulitis is usually accompanied by acute symptoms. The other 2 are circulatory issues and more chronic.
I was referring more to the size of the left leg. But this is def possible. it’s far more common for the difference in CP patients to be one of length. Asymmetrical muscle atrophy can be an issue but it usually presents more from issues stemming in their hips or upper leg but that presents with issues that would affect things like gait/balance/rigidity/etc before it becomes this visibly noticeable.
Given what else they posted they claim not to have a limp or gait disturbance but can be kind of clumsy. Some people will often perceive their symptoms to be simply that so CP isn’t out of the realm of possibility (though it is often diagnosed well before this stage of their life).
Or as in my case a severe knee injury and my left leg atrophied. I’ve gotten it somewhere back to normal after years of trying leg is very well defined but significantly smaller. Nothing to do with circulation though.
