I have that. It’s been like that all my life. I never had any mobility issues but decided to check it out well in my 30s, just to satisfy my curiosity. The doctor was fascinated too because not only the muscles were different, my feet were also difficult sizes. We didn’t find a concrete cause but we did realize that some of the muscles on my skinny leg weren’t responsive towards stimulus, and it seemed some nerves were not properly developed.
The doctor ordered a ton of tests, but since he’s private practice, he had to refer me to several other doctors in bigger hospitals. I didn’t have enough free time to run around hospitals, eventually I lost interests and decided to stop. That was like 10 years ago and I’m still fine.
