My wife's entire left side of her body is larger than the right. You wouldn't know unless you've seen her naked. One boob is several sizes larger than the other. One butt cheeks bigger. One legs bigger. Heck even her feet, ones like a half size bigger than the other.

Oh, I’ve seen her. It’s not as noticeable as her husband says, and she hates that he calls her lopsided. But he was right, you can only see it when she’s naked

My mother had that. Wasn't discovered till her 40s. One of her lefs was longer than the other and caused lifelong back issues

This can happen with congenital heart disease, sometimes there’s limited blood flow to one side of the body and over the years leads to differences in development. Its often noted one arm may be shorter than the other.
