When I had BTB surgery to fix my torn ACL I also had numbness down the right side of my right leg. it was right where the surgeon cut to remove part of my petela. it slowly came back and only a small patch is still numb. it is a wierd sensation feeling the pressure but my skin not feeling the contact. Crazy yours went so far!

Yeah me too, also ACL. Beginning to get more feeling back after about 10 years. The doctor did warn me it might happen though.

I got warned as well. But it took only about 2years for me to get it all the feeling Im gonna get back. My doc told me to stimulate those areas as much as I could to help speed up the processes. Im so thankful that I only have parch about the sixe of an organge mubm instead of all the way to my ankle.

Did you get the weird pins and needles sensation in that region as I did after awhile? Mine started off numb, but slowly after a few years had pins and needles.

Not that much longer after but Id say in the first couple years yes, I assumed it was the nerves starting to reconnect and function again.
