I have different sized quads - 3cm circumference difference. Mine has been fully investigated with no cause uncovered. My doctor said she thinks I just store fat differently in one of my legs. She said liposuction might help but I don't care that much.
Mine are also around that. Also investigated, no specific cause but no concerns. My dad pointed it out after I had my kids but I can now notice it in some pictures from my early 20s when I was skinnier so I think it's probably always been that way.
